Ghyll Scrambling

What’s it all about?

Ghyll Scrambling, also know as Gorge Walking, is the perfect activity for those that like to get wet! The weather in the Lake District can be a little unpredictable at times but a day spent scrambling some of the very exciting Lakeland gorges is hardly likely to be spoilt by the rain.

Stoneycroft Ghyll – a wet and wild adventure from £27 per person

Our experienced instructors will guide you safely on an exhilarating descent of a Lakeland mountain stream. The adrenaline fuelled trip will involve sliding down natural rock chutes, jumping off waterfalls and diving into deep plunge pools.
